We are looking for a new Board Member starting asap!

As Head of Community, you’ll be the heartbeat of femella: the first face and voice our members encounter. You’ll lead our community engagement efforts, connect regularly with members, gather insights, and ensure their voices are heard at the board level. Working closely with the Zurich board as well as our Zurich Community insights across the femella Hubs, you’ll help shape a meaningful, inclusive, and empowering space for all femellas.
