femella Zurich is looking for a driven, organized and creative successor to lead the planning and execution of our biggest flagship event of the year: the Grow Event. This is your chance to shape one of the most visible and impactful formats within femella and bring together 150-250 guests for an inspiring and unforgettable experience.

As Head of Grow, you’ll lead the Grow Event Committee and work closely with our Event Board Team, Head of Marketing, and sponsors & partners. The role combines project management, creative freedom, and community engagement - ideal for someone who thrives in organizing and connecting people around meaningful topics!
