Tilla Balogh - (she/her)
Chair
As Chair of femella London, Tilla leads the team, the hub’s strategy, and represents the community externally. She holds a BA in International Relations from IE University and is now pursuing an MSc in Political Science and Political Economy at the London School of Economics. With a background in consulting, her research interests focus on institutional and behavioural political economy.
In her free time, she enjoys keeping active through sport, reading, and sharing good food with friends. Now based in London, she is excited to build a strong community with femella, creating space for exchange, collaboration, and empowerment.

Lucy Achhorner - (she/her)
Head of Legal
Lucy has an Australian and Swiss background and is femella London’s Head of Legal and Head of Event Coordination. She completed her Bachelor of Philosophy and History of Art at University College London before joining Sotheby’s EMEA Commercial Legal department. Lucy’s history of working on committees started in the youth sphere in the context of climate activism and educational art programmes, and she has held various committee positions. In her free time, she travels widely and is part of an 11-a-side football team.
Sofia is from Milan but has been living in London for the last 5 years. She is femella London’s Head of Connect Events. She is currently completing her MSc in Environmental Technology at Imperial College London and focuses on Environmental Resource Management, specifically reforestation and sustainable agriculture. In her free time, she loves to travel and do all the sports that she can’t do in London: surfing, snowboarding, and hiking.

Sarah Salloway - (she/her)
Head of Community
Sarah is from California but has been living in the UK for the past 4 years. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Human Resources and Organisations at the London School of Economics, where her past and current research surrounds the role that intersectional DE&I plays in HR systems, advocating for women breaking the glass ceiling in organisations. She brings experience in both her career and academics in fostering impactful workplaces, communication, and community. In her free time, she enjoys lacrosse, playing the viola, cafe hopping, and pilates.

Chryssa Papatheofrastou - (she/her)
Head of Communications
Chryssa has Greek roots and grew up in the Netherlands, but has been living in London for the past 8 years. She is femella London’s Head of Marketing. She is currently training as a Clinical Scientist specialising in Embryology at a fertility clinic. She holds an MSc in Reproductive and Developmental Biology from Imperial College London. In her free time, Chryssa enjoys pilates and creating educational content about women’s health.

Margarida is the Subscription Marketing Manager at Nespresso, where she plays a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies across the UK and Ireland. Holding an MSc in Marketing Creative Advertising, she brings extensive experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, with a strong focus on product and brand marketing that aligns with Nespresso's vision of creating exceptional coffee moments.
Originally from Lisbon, Margarida is a dynamic and passionate marketer, fluent in four languages, which enhances her communication skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences. She is deeply committed to Femella's mission of empowering women and fostering connections among like-minded individuals, while also promoting opportunities for personal growth and development.
