Greta Steinhoff (she/her)
Co-Chairwoman
As Co-Chairwoman of femella Munich, Greta co-leads the Munich hub, coordinates the team, and drives internal and external communication. She is passionate about shaping a community where ambitious women can grow, support one another, and become the leaders of tomorrow.
She recently completed her Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics at WU Vienna and spent a semester abroad at the National University of Singapore. Inspired by her passion for finance and female empowerment, she is excited to contribute to a community that creates meaningful opportunities for future-driven women while continuously learning and growing alongside them.
Having grown up in Japan, spent her childhood in Germany, completed a gap year in Spain, and studied abroad in Singapore, she brings an international perspective, curiosity, and an open-minded approach to building meaningful connections across cultures.
In her free time, she enjoys running, pilates, reading, and traveling - always looking for new experiences that inspire both personal and professional growth.
Luisa Orthuber (she/her)
Co-Chairwoman
As Co-Chairwoman of femella Munich, Luisa coordinates the team, communicates with other hubs, and supports wherever needed. Originally from Munich, Luisa is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics in Austria and completed her exchange semester in Copenhagen in July.
During her time at the Bavarian State Parliament, she gained valuable insights into the political sphere and had the opportunity to network extensively at events. She is eager to continue this experience at Femella by connecting with like-minded women her age.
In her free time, Luisa enjoys staying active through running, road cycling, and Pilates, and she likes to explore new sports such as tennis and golf.
Vivien Rösler (she/her)
Director of Events & Head of Grow Events
Vivien is the Head of Grow Events, where she leads the planning and execution of grow events—from securing beautiful locations to planning engaging activities. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Human Resources Management in Augsburg and has been passionate about this field for more than five years.
Throughout her studies, Vivien gained valuable international experience, including solo travels through Australia and Southeast Asia, an exchange semester in Taiwan, and most recently a four-month stay in South Korea. No wonder she genuinely enjoys connecting with all types of people and is therefore motivated to be part of a team that creates opportunities to connect and grow—both individually and together as a network that even leads to lifelong friendships. Vivien describes herself as outgoing, positive, and someone who always sees the glass half full. In her free time, she enjoys dancing hip hop, reading (especially a good thriller), and meeting friends for great coffee and deep conversations..
Derya Weinzierl (she/her)
Head of Learn Events
Based in Munich, Derya is Head of Learn Events at femella, where she plans and coordinates learning focused events that empower members through knowledge exchange and practical skills.
She recently completed a Master’s degree in Human Geography & Sustainability and is currently starting her professional career at the intersection of sustainability, policy and society. With broad interests and experience across different countries, sectors and contexts, Derya brings diverse perspectives into femella’s Learn Events.
In her free time, Derya enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and working on improving her tennis skills.
Lena Herold (she/her)
Head of Connect Events
Lena grew up in South Carolina, is half German, and spent two years in Copenhagen completing her master’s in Data Science before moving to Munich. She now works as Executive Associate at a tech startup, where she’s involved in a wide range of business functions.
At femella, Lena is Head of Connect – creating opportunities for members to come together through cozy gatherings, creative workshops, and shared hobbies. She joined femella to find a community of ambitious, kind, and inspiring women in a new city, and loves helping others do the same. Outside of work, she enjoys running, yoga, reading in the sunshine, and is learning to knit and crochet.
Director of Marketing, Communications & Head of Communications
Elisabeth Reiser (she/her)
As Head of Communication, Elisabeth manages all communications for femella Munich. Originally from Munich, she holds a B.Sc. in Management and Technology and is currently pursuing her M.Sc. in the same field.
Known for her calm and thoughtful approach, Elisabeth is committed to empowering women, fully aware of the challenges women often face. Through her work at femella, she is excited to contribute to a supportive and inspiring network for women.
Outside femella, Elisabeth loves to travel and explore diverse cuisines, combining her passion for discovery with her love for food.
Kathrin Halter (she/her)
Head of Community
Kathrin is responsible for managing and building the femella Munich community, onboarding new members, and keeping everyone engaged with regular content.
Amelie Schaffrath (she/her)
Head of Marketing
As Head of Marketing, Amelie is responsible for managing and growing femella Munich's social media presence across Instagram and TikTok, keeping the community engaged and bringing femella's vision to life online.
Living in Munich, Amelie is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Tax Law through a dual study program, combining academic studies with practical experience at a tax consultancy. Alongside her studies, she worked on marketing projects for a Munich-based startup where she discovered her passion for marketing.
What inspires Amelie most about femella is the strength of its network and the opportunities it creates for ambitious women to connect, grow, and support one another. Outside of work and university, she enjoys road cycling, Pilates, reading, and spending time on the tennis court.
