Marilena Csonth (she/her)
Chairwoman
After an inspiring gap year at the London School of Economics, Marilena is now back to studying medicine in Hamburg.
During her time in London, she discovered femella and became involved as Head of Marketing for the London hub. Now back in Hamburg, Marilena is excited to bring femella to her hometown and to help build a community where women can connect, support one another, and grow together.
When she's not immersed in her studies, Marilena loves ballet, Pilates, spending quality time with family and friends, and discovering new cities and cultures.
Johanna Cohrs (she/her)
Director Marketing, Communication and Community
Johanna has a background in Media and Digital Marketing and continues to work in the social media sphere after completing her M.Sc. in Strategic Marketing & Brand Management in Berlin last year.
She's passionate about cooking, practicing yoga, and showing up for female rights and equality. Her greyhound Clara adds a little extra speed - and joy - to her everyday life.
For Johanna, femella embodies a foundation of connection, girlhood, and inspiration: a space to grow herself while supporting other women in doing the same.
Alexia Paulsfeld (she/her)
Director Finance, Legal & Partnerships
Alexia studied both in Germany and France to accomplish her double bachelor's degree in german and french law in 2024. She is now continuing her law studies in Bayreuth and is putting her knowledge into practice by working for a company in Hamburg.
She enjoys being active, especially when road biking in the summer. She is also very creative, loves cooking and traveling with her family and friends.
For Alexia, femella is a place to connect and build a network of inspiring women. She's very proud to be part of the femella community and contribute to its growth in Hamburg.
Katharina Loose (she/her)
Director of Events
Katharina holds a double degree (M.A.) in Social Policy and Labour Studies. After living abroad in Seoul, Chent, and Milan, she returned to her hometown of Hamburg in 2024.
She now works as Chief of Staff in the municipal economy.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and discovering new places. She finds balance in ballet and stays active through Pilates, yoga, and spinning.
For Katharina, femella is a space where young women connect, inspire one another, and grow together. She's excited to contribute to a community where visibility, exchange, and collective strength feel natural and supportive.
