WHY join the femella MentHER Mentorship Programme?

    The MentHER Mentorship Programme is a one-year journey designed to bridge the gap between generations of female leadership through meaningful one-to-one exchange. By pairing ambitious femellas with experienced professionals, the programme creates a space for guidance, knowledge-sharing, and personal development.

  • The MentHER program was created to bridge the gap between different generations of female leadership. While some professional circles find it easy to connect over lifelong hobbies, women often move through distinct life phases, from early career and hobbies to raising families or caring for others. This can cause natural touchpoints between generations to fade unless we intentionally create them.

    We are here to change that by:

    • Fostering Generational Exchange: Creating a space for meaningful dialogue between seasoned professionals and those just starting their journey.

    • Building Beyond Inspiration: Moving past high-level talks to offer real, actionable value through one-to-one mentorship.

    • Strengthening our Community: Building a network where knowledge is shared, confidence is built, and female talent is championed across all industries.

    • Mutual Growth: While mentees gain guidance and feedback, mentors refine their coaching skills and find fresh inspiration from the next generation of talent.

  • The MentHER program is designed to be flexible yet impactful, running twice a year to ensure our members always have the opportunity to grow.

    We host two annual intakes.

    Depending on when you apply, your journey follows one of these paths:

    • Spring Intake: Apply by March 31st. Your program begins with a kick-off in April and runs until February of the following year.

    • Autumn Intake: Apply by September 30th. Your program begins with a kick-off in October and runs until August of the following year.

  • Once matched, the mentorship officially spans one year.

    • Minimum Commitment: 4 one-to-one sessions.

    • Duration: Each session is 1 hour.

    • Kick-off: Every cycle begins with a virtual meeting to set goals and meet your match.

    • Flexibility: While the program lasts a year, pairs have the flexibility to conduct these sessions in a more condensed timeframe based on mutual availability and needs.

  • The MentHER program is an exclusive benefit for our community. Once you join as an active femella member, you will gain full access to the mentorship application portal.

    • Personalized Guidance: Tailored to your specific career goals and aspirations. 

    • Network Expansion: Exposure to new industries and seasoned professionals. 

    • Confidence Building: Support in navigating professional transitions and decisions..

Who can be a Mentor?

We are looking for experienced women from all industries. While we value senior leadership, we do not require a specific number of years of experience.

We believe mentorship is incredibly valuable at every stage, whether you are an executive or someone who has recently navigated their own career entry. If you have insights to share and a desire to foster the next generation of talent, we want you!
