Begin a Leadership Journey Part III – Psychological Safety

In collaboration with Tom Fisker Jørgensen from Ambitious Teams, femella is excited to invite you to the third and final workshop in our Leadership Journey series: Psychological Safety.

This workshop takes you on an engaging journey to explore the pillars of psychological safety in a team. Together with the other participants, you will discover how to improve your own signals, behaviours, and reactions so that you can contribute healthily to the ongoing creation of psychological safety.

Through interactive exercises, you will:

• Receive and test psychological tools and insights.

• Explore how your actions impact psychological safety.

• Strengthen your ability to navigate constructive dialogues on sensitive topics.

• Work with concrete team exercises that address pain points and foster inclusivity.

🌟 Certification: This workshop also constitutes a certification. Participants will receive the Psychological Safety Card Game and 10 team exercises to continue applying the learnings in their own teams.
