This September, we’re kicking off the new femella season with an afternoon dedicated to something we all encounter, but rarely get taught how to navigate: the unwritten rules of the workplace.

From knowing when to speak up and how to make yourself heard, to navigating workplace culture, professional relationships, expectations and all the little things nobody puts in the employee handbook, we’re bringing those conversations into the room.

🎤 Karina Marie Lin Halskov will moderate the conversation. Karina is a journalist at DR, working across Deadline, P1 Akkurat and P1 Morgen/P1 Orientering.

✨ Trine Winther Lavrsen brings extensive international leadership experience across life science, commercial strategy and workplace culture.

✨ Josefine Lange Strandgaard brings experience from innovation, business development and strategic partnerships, including seven years at Innovation Centre Denmark in Silicon Valley.

✨ Anne-Sofie Saabye Møller, our own femella Board Member, is an IT Consultant with experience leading complex projects and navigating stakeholders.

Non-members can join the Kick Off for 100 DKK + Billetto fee. If you decide to join femella afterwards, the 100 DKK ticket fee can be deducted from your membership.
