OPEN POSITIONS

Lead a high-impact, international team at femella with 70+ board members globally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Coordinate the global core team (around 10 women) as well as support for the Chairwomen of the five hubs in their coordination.
• Run monthly meetings with all Chairwomen + the global team, and hold extra calls when needed.
• Drive org-wide initiatives (restructuring, strategy, expansion).
• Motivate the team and strengthen our culture.

YOU ARE
• Hard-working (10+ hrs/week), highly organized, a true team player.
• Engaged, inspiring, and calm under pressure.
